Freight elevator usage will be accessed via an authorized key card provided by dock security.Should your office require multiple loading dock bays and/or freight elevators, please note that each would need to be reserved at the time of scheduling. Scheduling of deliveries after-hours reserves one loading dock bay and one freight elevator.All deliveries after normal dock hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays to Citadel Center must be scheduled in advance with the Management Office.Please refer to the "Scheduling After Dock Hours" section for further details. All after-hours scheduling must be submitted directly to the Management Office.All scheduling must be provided by an authorized tenant contact person.

Note that the information necessary to schedule the delivery is: delivery company name, number of trucks, date of delivery, and approximate time of delivery. To schedule your delivery during normal dock hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday except legal holidays, please contact the Management Office at (312) 357-2955.

Deliveries during normal dock hours may not exceed thirty (30) minutes.Please note that by informing the Management Office of your scheduled delivery does not constitute a reservation of the dock and/or freight elevator, as use during normal dock hours remains on a first come first serve basis.Dock Security will automatically provide freight elevator access for these deliveries only, unless otherwise advised by your office. Note that USPS, Airborne, DHL, FedEx, and UPS deliveries do not require scheduling or notification.Once authorized, Dock Security will then sign-out and provide each authorized delivery company with an access key card for the freight elevators.
